 Applying Procedure

1.Select exhibition booth, fill in the Exhibition Participation Agreement, and fax or post the agreement with signature or seal back to the exhibition organizer. A down payment of 30% of the contract value should be paid in 7 days after signing up, and the rest should be paid clear before Apr 5th, 2011 in one lump sum.

2.Exhibitors will get the Exhibition Confirmation after paying the total amount (exhibitors should check in within due time with the Exhibition Confirmation).

3.Organizing committee will send the Guidelines for Exhibitors to exhibitors. Exhibitors should submit their company profile and color advertisement in electronic form (color pictures with the size of 210Ｘ285 mm) before Apr 5th, 2011 .
